While in the southern hemisphere we prepare for the summer in northern intense cold start. A hotel was built in ice. Yes! ice ... and as you're thinking, is actually a building that melts each year, when temperatures begin to rise, and rebuilt, when the weather permits. It's called "Ice Hotel" and is in Sweden. It lies 200 km inside the Arctic Circle, in a small village called Jukkasjärvi, home to the Saami. Used ice is frozen Torne River each year.
